‍Us. Kelsit AB and Nued  (“NUED”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) welcomes you and invites you to access and use our website, including, without limitation, (the “Website”). When we say NUED, we mean any and all companies affiliated with NUED products and services.

‍You. “You” may be a visitor / user of the website, a purchaser of the Services, or both.

By accessing, browsing, and using the Website, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by everything in these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Purchase Policy. These Terms of Use may change from time to time without notice to you. You may not use the Website if you do not agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and, if you purchase a NUED product or service, our Terms of Purchase Policy. In addition, you will also be subject to our guidelines, terms, conditions and agreements applicable to any future NUED services that you use.

‍Restrictions. The Website and Services are only available to individuals aged 18 years or older. If you are 18 or older, but under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms of Use with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand and agree to these Terms.

‍Third Party Services. The Services utilise third party platforms for delivery of certain components, and you acknowledge that the Service is subject to the terms and conditions, availability policies and restrictions as modified from time to time by the respective third party platform. You agree to not hold NUED liable for any loss or damage arising from these third party platforms.

‍Access to Third Party Services. NUED requires that you obtain access to third party services (such as a third party Content Management System) in order to take full advantage of the Services (e.g. deploying your own sales funnel, or running your own advertising campaign). You agree that you are responsible for those fees. You also agree that you are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Services.

‍Downloadable Assets. NUED Services include files (including, but not limited to, documents, plugins, custom code, PhotoShop Documents (PSDs)), (collectively, “Downloadable Assets”).

‍Restrictions on Use of Our Content. The content contained on this Website and on the third party platforms authorised to host our NUED Services (“Content”) such as logos, artwork, text and graphics, widgets, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data complications, and software, is the property of NUED, or the property of our licensors or licensees, and the compilation of the Content on the Website (including authorised third party platforms hosting the Content) is the exclusive property of NUED, and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws, treaties, and conventions. All software and code used on the Website is the property of NUED, or the property of our suppliers and is protected by the applicable copyright laws, treaties, and conventions.Any and all logos, service marks, page headers, graphics, trademarks, service marks, widgets, icons, scripts and trade names (each considered a “Mark”) contained on the Website are proprietary to NUED, or NUED’s licensors or licensees. NUED does not grant permission to any entity or individual to use any of the Marks in connection with any product or service that does not belong to NUED in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or ambiguity among users or that disparages or discredits NUED or any other entity or individual. Any Marks not owned by NUED that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by NUED. We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Website. No Content or Marks of the Website or any other internet site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by us may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded (other than page caching), uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, or sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose, except that you may download one (1) copy of the downloadable assets that we make available to you for the Intended Purpose of NUED Services. You may not download any NUED Services, Content, Marks or Downloadable Assets with the intent to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way, sell, re-sell, or otherwise exploit for any purpose other than the Intended Purpose the Services, Content, Marks and Downloadable Assets without authorisation. Your use of our Content on any other website or computer environment for any other purpose other than the Intended Purpose, is strictly prohibited. The license granted to you does not include, and specifically excludes, any rights to: (1) resell or make any commercial use of the Website of any Content; (2) collect and use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; make any derivative use of the Website or Content; (3) download or copy account information for the benefit of anyone else; (4) or use any form of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not frame, or utilize framing techniques to enclose, any Mark, Content or other proprietary information, or use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilising any such intellectual property, without our and each applicable owner’s express written consent.

‍Registration. You may be given the opportunity to register via an online registration form to book in a Blueprint Session with us. We will use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering you represent and warrant that all information that you provide is current, complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all connectivity, computer software, hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of the Website and all charges related to the same.

Blueprint Session. By booking in a Blueprint Session (“Session”) with us, you are reinforcing that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. We will use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking in for a Session, you represent and warrant that all information that you provide is current, complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all connectivity, computer software, hardware and other equipment needed for access to the Session and all charges related to the same.

‍No Guarantee of Results. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. With the exception of the Performance Guarantee, you accept, agree, and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from your participation in the Session and Services. NUED does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing in regards to your earnings, business profit, marketing performance, audience growth, or results of any kind. You are solely responsible for your own actions and results in both life and business, which are dependent on factors that are personal to you, including (but not limited to), your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, network, and personal financial situation. You accept, agree, and understand that any testimonials or endorsements provided by NUED’s customers or audience that are represented through our Services, Websites, marketing materials, advertisements, or any of our communication channels have not been scientifically evaluated by us and the results experienced by individuals may vary significantly. Any statements outlined on our Services, Websites, marketing materials, advertisements, or any of our communication channels are our opinions only and therefore are not guarantees or promises of actual performance. The information given to you during the Session does not constitute professional legal, medical, psychological or financial advice and is general in nature. It does not take into account your specific circumstances nor does it verify the truthfulness and accuracy of what you are telling us during the Session, and it should not be acted upon without full understanding of your current situation and future goals and objectives. You are responsible for making the determination as to whether the information given to you during the Session is suitable to your needs. We don’t guarantee results or or offer legal advice. NUED accepts no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of the use of this website, the Services, or reliance on the content of the Website or Services.

You unconditionally and irrevocably indemnify, hold us indemnified and keep us, our officers, employees and agents harmless against any and all action, claim, demand, loss, liability or cost (including legal cost on a solicitor and client basis), whether arising under contract, tort or a statute (including by a third party) that arises, or results from, or is in any way connected with the Website and Services, including the sale of any product or service via your website.

The Services include access to a forum for you and other users to submit, post, display, transmit, and / or exchange information, ideas, opinions, images, video, audio, creative works or other information, messages, transmissions or material to NUED and to each other. User submissions do not reflect the views and opinions of NUED, and NUED does not have any obligation whatsoever to monitor, edit, or review any submissions from users on the forum. NUED assumes no responsibility whatsoever or liability that may arise from the content of any users on the forum. This includes any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information from users on the forum. You agree to follow the terms and conditions and restrictions as modified from time to time by the forum platform.
